This is a 60-minute HEATED class offered on Friday afternoons. After a long, hard week, give this class a try to relax and soothe frayed nerves. This is a slow paced class, using props to help you through the poses. We focus on improving flexibility while relieving tension in the hips, lower back, along the spine, and neck/shoulders. Our use of props allows the body to experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert a lot of effort. Be good to yourself. Show your body some love and kindness. This class is restorative and will set you up for some profound rest.
