Our Goodness sequence is a 60-minute HEATED class that focuses on linking every movement to the breath. This class builds upon your foundation (from our Peace class) and slightly picks up the intensity as you flow on the mat. In this class we will follow a set series of poses. This will allow you time to master each pose and increase your strength and flexibility with each class. This class is gentle, yet physically demanding. It is perfect for all levels, and you do not have to attend the Peace class as a prerequisite. You will leave class simply feeling good inside and out. You will have a sense of calmness, feeling mentally and physically stronger, more flexible, and ready to face the world again.
