Our Joy sequence is a 60 to 75-minute HEATED POWER class known for its fluid, movement-intensive practice. Each pose is linked together, flowing smoothly as you transition from pose to pose. You will find joy as you flow along the mat at a faster pace, testing your physical and mental limits. If you are not fond of a routine sequence and want to keep things lively and unpredictable, then this class is just for you. The tempo will be fast, the sequence dynamic, and the postures will focus on strength building. Expect to sweat and burn some major calories. Keep in mind that although this is a faster-paced power class, each pose can be modified for all fitness levels. You are in control of your entire practice.
