This is a HEATED 60-minute class that blends yoga and HIIT or Tabata style workouts. We start and end the class with a yoga-centered warm-up and cool down. In between, we do low-impact, but intense, training that may include light dumbbells, stability balls, and other props. Come prepared to stretch, sweat, and work. You’ll leave feeling looser and stronger…accomplished.
