If you are looking to strengthen your yoga practice and would like personalized, individual attention while you’re on the mat, a private session is the way to go. Class settings are great and can be fun to sweat it out with others, but if you are needing any of the following, contact Vanessa to book your appointment and let her cater an hour specific to your needs and interests.
- solidify your yoga foundation by working on alignment
- go more in depth with breathing techniques and/or the bandhas
- create your own sequences that will provide a path for your own personal practice outside the studio
- target specific areas that need strengthening or recovery (low back, knees, shoulders, neck, hips, etc)
You can request the private session to be only you exclusively, or you may bring up to 3 additional friends/family members with you. The rates are as follows, and the fee may be divided among the group if multiple people attend.
1-Hour Private Session (1-2 participants only) $75.00
1-Hour Semi-Private Session (3-4 participants only) $125.00
